Azerbaijan Opens Fully Funded Scholarship Opportunities for Pakistani Students

Pakistani students looking for international study opportunities have received encouraging news as the government of Azerbaijan has announced fully funded scholarships for the 2026–27 academic year.

The initiative is being offered under the Heydar Aliyev International Educational Grant Program, which aims to support talented students from partner countries, including Pakistan.

According to the Higher Education Commission (HEC), the scholarships will allow Pakistani students to pursue higher education in Azerbaijan at the bachelor's, master's, and PhD levels.

Scholarship Benefits

In addition, the program includes one round-trip international flight ticket per year, making travel between Pakistan and Azerbaijan easier for students studying abroad.

To help manage living costs, the scholarship provides a monthly stipend of 800 AZN to cover accommodation, meals, and other basic expenses. Students will also receive medical insurance worth 200 AZN, along with coverage for visa and registration fees.
